TR Karnas Zinfandel 2016 Bodrum’lu üreticinin canlı yakut renginde, orta üst gövdeli bir kırmızı şarap örneği. Zinfandel ülkemizde çok işlenmeyen bir üzüm cinsi olsa da Karnas’ın oldukça başarılı bir örnek olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Bugüne kadar tattığım çoğu zinfandele göre daha gövdeli bir kırmızı şarap olmuş.
Burun davetkar; böğürtlen, kırmızı erik, incir ve tütüne, çikolata ve vanilya eşlik ediyor. Damakta da kırmızı olgun meyvelerle benzer bir tat profili bulabilirsiniz, geriden gelen hafif baharatlar şarabı daha keyifli bir hale getirmiş. Bitiş orta uzun.

EN Karnas Zinfandel 2016 is a medium-full bodied red wine of the vineyards from Bodrum, and has a vivid ruby color. Zinfandel is not a common wine grape in Turkey but I can say that Karnas came up with a quite good one. It is more bodied than most of the zinfandels I have tasted so far.
It is welcoming on the nose; chocolate and vanilla is accompanying blackberries, red plums, figs and tobacco. You can taste a similar profile on the palate, slight spice aromas make the wine more enjoyable. The finish is medium-long.
