Istranca Dağları’nın güney eteklerinden gelen bu güçlü Cabernet Sauvignon koyu bordo renginde ve tam gövdeli bir şarap.

Burunda napolyon kiraz, böğürtlen, nar ve geriden gelen mentol ile baharat notaları hissedilmekte. Damakta siyah ve kırmızı meyvelerden lezzetli bir karışıma hafif çikolata ve nane eşlik ediyor.

Asidite yüksek, alkol şişe ilk açıldığında buruna çarpsa da kısa süre içerisinde normale dönüyor, tanenler de kuvvetli, dengeli bir kırmızı.

Uzun bitiş meyve ve baharat aromalarını sonuna kadar taşıyor.

This strong Cabernet Sauvignon with its dark burgundy color and full body is a wine coming from the vineyards on the southern slopes of the Strandja Mountains.

You can feel the black cherries, blackberries and pomegranate aromas together with menthol and spice notes in the back. A delicious mix of black and red fruits is supported by slight chocolate and mint flavors on the palate.

Acidity is high, alcohol can be felt on the nose for a split second when you open the bottle but it turns to normal in a short time, strong tannins, it’s a very well balanced red wine.

Long finish carries all the fruit and spice flavors till the end.
